「スタッフの対応がよく気持ちよく利用出来ました。設備は最新ではありませんが、手入れがよく行き届いています。」

「The bed was fantastic! Room was clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the front desk regarding room rates. He was telling me the room on Expedia wasn’t available but a more expensive room was. Said they were full. I asked about the hot tub and he said they were not busy! I felt scammed but the bed was so comfortable!! When we left in the morning around 8:45, the lobby was locked so we didn’t get out continental breakfast or a cup of coffee!!!」

「直前予約したため、チェックイン時は、私達が宿泊客だと思われなかったようですが、予約してあることを伝えると、すぐに手配してくれました。 ベビー連れだったためか、広い部屋を用意してもらえ、部屋も清潔で快適でした。 私達は、終了時間ギリギリに行ったため、バタバタしてしまいましたが、朝食ブュッフェも種類が豊富で(無料の割には、、かもしれませんが)、美味しかったです。 マキナックアイランドへのフェリー乗り場も近くて便利でした。」

The location allowed us to walk the boardwalk with ease, was within walking distance to get on the ferry, and the view from our place was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here! 」

「This is really just a hotel, not a condo. The room was dirty and the extra facilities listed, like the gym, were inaccessible. Checking out the next day, the front desk was locked up with a sign that said we needed to drive to another hotel to drop off our keys. 」
