「Walks are very thin, hear all sounds from neighbors otherwise a good short stay for early ferry 」

「No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.」

「Nothing Grand about this hotel,arrived after a long journey from France,no parking available on-site had to park on site road which ment we had get up early next day to move the car by 9.We were also told we'd have to pay £5 if we wanted to park at the hotel.I was'nt aware there was a charge.We booked a double room but was given room 510 which was a family room.The window handle was broken so it did'nt shut,the window vent would'nt stay closed and it was blowing a gale outside so the room was...

「It was ok. Team were very friendly. Room was clean. Food was meh for dinner. But o felt bad saying something because staff were so nice. Room appeared quiet but at night there were weird humming noises almost like there’s a washing machine spinning nearby. My room was at the end of a small but very dark corridor. Light sensor activated was ok on entrance but when I come out the room it doesn’t trigger until I’m half way down. Breakfast was fine. 」

「My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. 」
