"Amazing as always, I’m here 2/3 times a week for work at last minute. Only 1 issue is that I’ve asked for an iron twice when checking in but they’ve forgotten it. Probably too busy with the bar during the evening which is understandable "

"Nicely refurbished rooms but no heat in the room so was given a small space heater?? Then mid afternoon the music started beneath us, we were told by the front desk the party would finish between 5-6pm. At 7pm it was still going strong. Music so loud no TV could drown it out and the floor vibrated. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated but only to a smaller queen size room (we had a king) - no compensation and no apologies. Would not stay again. "

"Stayed at The Millers Arms for a show at The Marlowe Theatre. Lovely pub, room was well looked after and clean. Staff very friendly and a great breakfast included as well. 2 min walk to the theatre and a great choice of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend "

"Check in was efficient and the welcome friendly. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Unfortunately I had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Hotel is only a short walk from Canterbury West train station and the Marlowe Theatre. The room that I stayed in overlooked North Lane and I would just say that if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to have earplugs in case the traffic noise bothers you. I'd happily stay here again."

"We had a great stay at The Evenhill. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was great and the towels were nice and large. We didn’t get full WiFi signal in the room, but it wasn’t a problem. We had dinner in the pub and everyone’s meal was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well; with plenty to fill us up!"

"The place was really calm and peaceful. My room was very cozy and clean. A special thanks to Mr Sanjeewa who is the property manager. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. He even allowed us to keep the luggage in a safe space in the lodge itself after checkout that may we could finish our lunch before we leave Canterbury. Will recommend the place to others."
