「We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. 「We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We had a little hiccup checking in but it got resolved. The location is a short walk to the main part of Canterbury, the Cathedral, both train stations, and lots of pubs and restaurants. If you’re there at Christmas time the festival and kiosks are also walkable and fabulous! We rented a car for two-days, Enterprise is right down the street as is parking, and drove to the Cliffs of Dover and Leeds Castle - both were relatively close and gorgeous. We...

「This flat is very close to the train station, several restaurants, interesting attractions, and small shops for food. It’s decorated in a very quirky style, fun to scan down the hallway of all the interesting pictures. There are windows on both sides of the flat, which made it nice for ventilation on the hot summer nights. If we ever return to Canterbury, we will certainly try to book this flat again.」

「Beautiful, quiet location within easy reach of Canterbury, woodland walks and coast. Comfortable furniture in light and spacious accommodation. Lots of places to eat out, but not quite so easy for self-catering if staying for a longer stay. Hosts kindly let us put a few things in their freezer, but a small one in the property would have been useful.」

「A group of us came away to have a festive weekend catch-up. The house was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners were lovely, they checked in on us and were great at feeding back to me. The facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic! Thanks for a great stay!」

「We were very happy with the property, but disappointed that there was no shower gel, which really felt poor and not in keeping with the standard otherwise. The photos showed three dispensers, which suggest the shower gel was taken by a previous tenant. It should have been replaced. We echo other feedback on the inept design of the fridge door. Surely, it can be changed.」
