「This is our favourite hotel we stay im Folkestone. Staff are so friendly & welcoming. They have a lovely bright reception area, tv, and a bar, lifts assessible to your room. Rooms are clean & tidy. Tbe hotel have been undergoing some modernisation, but this will take time. It was originallly five townhouses, so bare with the manager, this will take some time. 「The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to take advantage of one of their reserved parking spaces. The room was clean and spacious and everything we needed was provided. We had an excellent cooked breakfast and the manager was friendly and helpful.」

「Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. 」
