The hotel was in the right location for our needs. That being an overnight stop, before we got the train to France the next day. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room, a little on the small side, was ok and the beds were comfy enough. Breakfast was, well breakfast, what's not ot like about a full English.

The room we had was nicely decorated with a lovely comfortable big bed and a wonderful seaview. Check in was easy and we were able to buy a parking permit. (As it was a weekend it was initially quite difficult to find a parking space - this was the only drawback) All the staff were polite and friendly particularly the lovely waitress who served us in the restaurant. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. All in all a great experience and would certainly visit again.

Amazing location, would love to have visited in the summer with the proximity to the beach and nice walkways . Staff were very warm and friendly, everything was as described, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and seemed like it was very recently updated. The bathroom was nice, with a rain shower head. Parking is somewhat finicky, you need to hope you get a spot out front (paid parking 7 days a week from 8am-6pm) or park in a nearby underground garage. Due to an early start on check out, we didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast. I would absolutely book this location again without hesitation.

Hotel room was excellent. On site restaurant was also excellent. Perfect location as we had a lovely walk down the zig zag path down to the beach after our meal and honestly was one of the most pleasant evenings we have spent in a uk location for a long time.

The room was clean and the staff had made sure that the room was accommodating us with kids. The breakfast was lovely too! Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned due to a loss in the family on that day. We would love to come and visit again !

A very lovely hotel and well maintained. Accessing upper floors could be quite an issue for those who struggle with staircases as there are many. The lift is very tiny. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a very comfortable stay

Nice large room with strangely one of the smallest bathrooms even. Hardly any room to move in the shower. Nice views from hotel room. VERY outdated elevator that should have been updated with the rest of the property. Nice location right near the beach.
