「Perfect location to main street (mall) of Canterbury only being maybe 10 minute or less walk. Well stocked to cater for guests including books for light reading. Heating system was very effective. Garden patio with table and chairs in front and back were appreciated on the fine, sunny days. Booklet of general town information and instructions for the heating system and tv etc kept us well informed. Check in information was easy to follow. 「The Walnut Tree Cottage is cozy, clean and well appointed with a huge yard and exactly how the pictures show. James is a very nice guy and a great host! If you have any question, he'll answer ultra quickly and he has assembled a whole portfolio of information about Bridge, all great beaches and stuff. Got visit Botany Bay and Dumpton Gap (which is perfect if you have a dog). Dogs are not only tolerated but welcome, that's so wonderful! Our pup loved the yard! There's lots of footpaths around...

「The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.」
