ステート ストリート駅 コンドミニアム

「Excellent location. We walked everywhere. Had all amenities and more.Read listing…does a good job of explaining the property. If you are looking for a Boston experience close to everything this is the place.」

「What communicative hosts! They made the trip as smooth as possible. The lock box was our only minor snafu. It took us a bit to find the right one because there are a few. But that was really nothing. The place was spacious, clean, and quiet for the city. They had coffee and tea with the fixin’s available. It was a great stay!」

「This was the perfect accommodations for my family of 6. We had plenty of sleeping space, a full kitchen and a comfortable living area. The apartment is ground level, which made entrance so easy. Peter was great and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Having a washer and dryer was incredible and made our stay so much easier. Just a quick few blocks to the T and a Dunkin'. Also, a really great donut shop right next the apartment building. I definitely recommend this space, we had...

「Great little apartment close to the centre of Boston. We loved the large kitchen on the lower level. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet. Parking a car nearby is a challenge but the owner has suggestions.」

「The best vacation rental we’ve ever had. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable. Everything was as described and great. Thanks again for the recommendations on local spots to try.」

「phenomenal property! great location with many amenities. would highly recommend. we would definitely come back here on future trips. thank you!」

「Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food」

「Location location location. Very surprised by the size in a good way. Therese is great host. Responsive and respectful.」

「My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The view from the roof is something we won’t soon forget. It was wonderful being within walking distance from Fenway. We couldn’t have asked for a better Southside experience.」

「Jeff was an excellent host. Quick to respond to any questions. It is a lovely place to stay for that city feel. We were able to walk to foodies for groceries. Plus they had a deli and meat counter that was fabulous. In fact, that was our dinner one night after we’d been out site seeing all day. We bought stuff from Foodies to heat up for dinner. It was a good stay! Of note: I didn’t notice if it talked about this when I booked it but it is up three flights of stairs. Only a problem for...

「Brought my family of 5 to Boston for a Red Sox game and some sight seeing. We were able to walk basically everywhere and had the BEST TIME! The location was ideal, unit is immaculate with everything you’d ever need for your stay. I work for a STR management company, and self-managing is HARD! Amy does an incredible job and if I’m ever in Boston, I know where I’ll be staying. Thanks for everything.」

「Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.」

「East access, great communication, clean and well done. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「Our family of 4 (16 and 19 year old teens) really enjoyed our stay in Cambridge/Boston and the condo met all of our needs. The condo was clean, modern and functional. We visited in the summer and would be out all day and never “cooked” a meal, but the kitchen looked fairly stocked if you did need to cook. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to bus and subway lines. We did not need a car! We also used Uber which worked out well. The condo is close to Kendall Square and we walked to...

「A fantastic stay with fantastic hosts. Great location, really spacious and clean space, has everything you need for an extended stay in Boston.」

「I was in town for about a month for medical purposes and needed to find a place that was close to DFCI but still also close to retail and restaurants. This pace was perfect.Cheryl, the property manager, was extremely responsive for any property questions I had during my stay which is much appreciated.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.」

「We had a great stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late at no additional cost. That made such a difference—we were able to enjoy more time in the city without worrying about our luggage or rushing around before check-in or checkout. We did have a small issue with the entry code when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and had us inside within just a few minutes. The location was perfect for us. It’s just outside the city, so it was...

「Fantastic property! Just as described. Wonderful location, beautiful building, clean and easy to walk around. Would love to come back for another visit!」
