"Was I nervous to stay here after reading the reviews? Absolutely. It ended up being just fine. Beach: Lots of complaints about having to pay for chairs/cabana on the beach. Yes, they do charge for them, but just walk past them and you can snag a great spot closer to the water just like everybody else. Personally, I liked being closer to the ocean versus pushed back near the resort. Parking: If flying in, pass on renting a car and paying for valet parking at the hotel. Traffic is wild and backed up around the area. The resort is located in a walkable area for entertainment, shopping, and dining. Room View: Yup, there are some not-so-lovely views of interior roofs with A/C units that only an HVAC professional could appreciate. Ask at the front desk for a view of the beach or facing the Ferris wheel on a higher floor."

"Pretty cheap decent property located on the beach. It does have a nice pool with Beach service and a nice restaurant okay right at the pool property is obviously an older property that has been renovating many times over the years. Room with clean and had coffee maker or refrigerator beside bathroom was very very small and beautiful to get ready. Overall it was a good location and it was certainly stay there again"

"It's a beautiful and well maintained property. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and functional. Great restaurant and bar with good nightly specials. Beautiful pool area. No downsides whatsoever!"
