「The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the beach. It is very comfortable. We loved the screened porch. The place could be better equipped, especially for longer term guests, ie towels and linens, baking pans, larger serving bowl, pizza cutter etc. it was nice to have the Keurig for single cups. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. 」

「This was a perfect place for our short fall getaway. We loved how close the beach was, the beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway, the beautiful pool area, and all the restaurant options along Gulf Boulevard. It was also close to the airport. The villa was clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures show. The only slight inconvenience was no laundry facilities in the villa. The floor shares a community, must pay, laundry area. It would not deter us from coming back. 」

「The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage. 」

「we had a wonderful time and our host was fabulous! The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that we could not figure out how the mosquitos were getting in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. On the positive side the room was adorable, clean, comfortable and the host was kind and helpful!」
