「Nice unit that has EVERYTHING you would need to live there during your stay. Great location as the pool and entrance are right outside this unit. This complex is close to all the amenities and maybe 15/20 minutes to the beach. Some very good restaurants and some cool bars..with fun atmosphere.this was our first stay at The Avalon Condos and I assure you we will stay there again. 」

「What you see is what you get. The pictures are accurate to how everything looks. A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. 「The minute we enter it is very homey . Seems our home away from our home . It is clean and well organized . Communication from the owner is fast . Replies fast when we need things especially when the City just decided to shut off the water first thing in the morning that they don't even know .
