"Booked a basic hotel and that’s what I got, clean & warm. Perfectly fine for one night. Staff were absolutely lovely, especially Tina! "

"The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. There were a lot of things that detracted from the experience though: lifts not working, power sockets broken, heated towel rail permanently off, people playing in the pool with balls (despite this being prohibited), broken lockers… it sadly made an otherwise good experience frustrating. Not what I would have expected for the price paid."
