「When you rent a hotel room you expect it to be cleaned daily unless otherwise told. It is utter nonsense to come back to your room and have it not clean and told that's the policy. We pay to have our room cleaned. You can ASK if we don't need it done, but the assumption is to clean. Anyone else tired of feeling like they need a lawyer to get anything done on the most basic level?」
