「The rates were a slight spendy due to some type of event in Rochester. The room was adequate for my needs. It was clean but the swing lock was broken. Im a single woman and extremely careful about safety. Thank goodness I brought my door alarm. I did not utilize any amenities. The connected restaurant was convenient and good. Would i stay again "probably" The staff was friendly and courteous.」

「We came in town for a wedding. We called the day before to see if 90 minutes early check in could be accommodated or if there was a restroom available to change in. We were told yes to the restroom and to call back in the morning for early check-in possibility. Called in around 11 am on check-in day to be told to call back at 2pm. Arrived around 1:40 at hotel and was told pool was full so we could not use restroom to change and to come back in 30 minutes to see if room was available as they...
