"I loved the staff. Ine particular person stood out. That was Deon Jones. The hotel's manager. Her professionalism and caring nature exudes the epitome of I care. We care. She made sure that whatever my concerns with my stay were resolved day 1
I had a unexpected surprise. Little issues with the internet and Expedia listed the rooms as having 2 queen beds. They were actually 2 fulls. Deon asked for my feedback. And Ishared it with her.
Deon communication skills are top tier. She made everything better than I could've imagined. The reason my sister and I were in Birmingham was for a Homegoing service for a dear friend.
After the services we where leaving to go back to Columbia SC. The repass was so amazing, we decided to stay another night. To our surprise..as I mentioned, Deon's management skills lefts my sister and I was in awe. She turned i! Just as God used her to have it be solidified.

"The manager and staff were very understanding of my needs and fulfilled my requests. They have breakfast between 6-9 unfortunately, they do not offer gluten-free items other than yogurt and fresh fruit. It would have been nice to have muffins and/ or breakfast bars. I've stayed twice and likely will choose them again when traveling to the area. "

"My week long stay was great. Clean, well managed property with good wifi, hot water, coffee in the lobby. All staff were friendly and courteous from the late night clerk checking me it, the day desk clerk, and the heloful and thorough housekeeping gentleman. This is an affordable property that really is worth staying at."
