「Communication with the host was great, the apartment was clean, no issues.」

「Very hard to find, hard to use app that you have to use to get in and out of the building. No real doors on the bedrooms and the master bedroom door kept sliding open, hot water more like lukewarm and zero water pressure 」

「First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! 」

The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
