Stay would have been perfect had the housekeeping person for our room been more aware of the mattress on the bed. Obviously tried to do good by flipping the mattress but failed to realize that’s not possible for all bedding. This one should have been ROTATED. Worse night’s sleep ever. Informed manager. Very strong perfume smells in the hallway. I felt like i could taste it. The rooms were nice looking but looking at everthing, we did not have new tissue. There was waters in the fridge from the person who stayed prior to us. The roof collapsed on the first floor due to a water leak which caused us to not have hot water. While this may not have been controllable, we were not comforable with staying here. The staff did take care of us by providing a refund for one night. Shawn and one other employee that works morning shifts were really sweet and caring.
