「The person working the front desk was too involved with her phone to notice people standing at the desk. It was like that at check-in, and each time I went downstairs for something. She looked irritated each time I came down for something. The air conditioner in the suite was squeaking like an injured bird. We were moved to another room - that was right next to an exit door that slammed every 10 to 15 minutes until the late hours. The fire alarm went off repeatedly very early in the morning...

The only complaints I have is the a/c wasn’t very cool in our room, we didn’t have any hand soap, just lotion (I packed some though), and the beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were shapeless and way too soft, and the bed was maybe a little too firm. Just not comfy for us. 」
