I came during severe weather for a music festival - the hotel had had an unexpected influx of people and i still had a pretty decent stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours and I was travelling alone to an area i've never been to before and felt safe. The room was clean and as expected for the price, truly. They didnt have conditioner, i needed to ask for extra toilet paper during my stay, and the shower did not get hot at any point but honestly, those are all pretty minor and expected things. id absolutely recommend & stay here again myself.
The building and rooms looked like they had recently been updated. Everything was clean and comfortable. This is one of the bed Red Roof Inns we've stayed at.
Area of town is nice and feels safe, lots of restaurants. However, the room was one of the unclean and grimey hotels we have ever stayed at from dirty sheets/towels to creamer and sugar so old (not changed) that it was in a brick and not usuable.
Right off the Highway. Hard bed (comfortable because I like supportive mattress). AC worked great and the shower/bath was clean and nice. Parked right outside the room.
Room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds, check in was easy, I didn't request a handicap room, don't know if the clerk saw me dragging 3 oxygen bottles or if I just got lucky but my room was in front of handicap parking wh made it much easier to unload oxygen tanks and concentrator, A+
The staff was great the room was not bad for a short stay just need to check your sheets for stains on them. When we called they were quick to fix it. But easy checking and check out.
Second stay in a month, both rooms were very clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. I appreciate that they have pet-friendly rooms. The area feels safe, and the desk clerks were friendly and professional. Would recommend.
