" I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, which had great service. I even had a store that turned out the power for a few hours and canceled the internet, and the GM credited my stay half price. My only concern was our room had a direct view of the hotel next door, and we could see their employees out back smoking and lounging, which was not a good look. "

"Service was good. We had to check in at 4am. Wr called ahead and they accommodated us."

"Great place as all SpringHill Suites I’ve stayed in have been. Only issue was that the body wash container in the shower was empty."

"Although we couldn't get onto the wi-fi the whole weekend, everything else was excellent. The staff is very friendly, everything was immacuately clean. The breakfast was hot and superb!"

"We checked in late Friday, and the front desk staff was very personable and pleasant. On Monday morning we had an issue with our room key not working, and again staff was extremely kind and patient even though we could tell they were having a busy morning. The hotel was perfect walking distance to the amphitheater and I highly recommend it if you're in town for a show. They limit washing/cleaning which is great for the environment, but only have plastic utensils and disposable coffee cups. "

"Sign and entrance was confusing to find since was bought out and being remodeled. We arrived at 330 po and was given a room where a man was outside drilling into our wall! We had to ask for another room to hear TV. Dumb on the staff options for early bookings."

"Enjoyed our stay, only one night. More business travel hotel IMO, but fine for fams too. Remember that parking is either valet or on the street (and the meter maids come at around 8am) and thats on top of the nightly stay. Former Tutwiler Hotel, very nice old building in lovely part of downtown. Historic, classic building which translates to strange angles, room configurations, but we liked it alot."

"Carpet in room needs replacement. Several large stains. Other than that , the room was okay. Nobody at desk on check in. Took several minutes for someone to show up. Nobody was there at check out. After several minutes , just left room key on.desk at keyboard."
