"Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Kelly. The room was mostly clean and cozy. I loved the view and the aesthetic. The staff was friendly and the bartender stayed a little later to make sure we could get a nightcap. The only negatives were the toilet was dirty and half of our outlets didn't work. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again."

"We booked this VRBO when we were having out of town guests and couldn't comfortably fit everyone at our house. The 6 guests who stayed at the house were very comfortable and the location is ideal to Homewood, downtown, or Mtn. Brook. Daniel was friendly and a good communicator by phone and messaging."

"Host was quick to respond. House was in a great location and exactly like the pictures. Would stay again. "

"This house never should’ve been offered. The welcome instructions were incorrect. The door code was incorrect. After an hour going back-and-forth with a contact host. We finally got a code to get into the house. Once we got in the house, there was no heat downstairs. there was no Internet, therefore no TV. After several back-and-forth phone calls and AI generated responses of telling me they were bringing people to fix the heat and the Internet, nothing was ever done. They kept on telling me that somebody would be there to fix the Internet. Filing on Friday they offered another place to go to which didn’t have enough beds for the group. Then they offered a 10% discount which is a joke and that we had to go out to eat every night instead of staying in and watching football games. The house had broken faucets, broken window windows, and truly looks like it’s about ready to be torn down. So again, why was this house even on your list? Do you not inspect houses before you put them up on your website? I want a response to this and I want my money back."

"There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded."
