「This place was flat out scary. Drive by shootings and crack houses describe the neighborhood best. We had it rented for four nights during Austin City Limits first weekend. We walked in and walked straight back out. Didn’t even spend 10 minutes there. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The place smelled like cigarettes and there were literally 100 cigarette butts exactly 4 feet from the front door. I couldn’t come to any compromise with the property manager on a refund.
