「My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. We were given a flask of fresh milk to have with tea/coffee in the room, and some freshly baked cookies. I couldn’t get the shower to cool down, this...

「Very friendly helpful staff, nice room but no aircon available when a heatwave. Great location.」

「Great meals and friendly staff」

「Great place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend.」

「One of our two favourite inns on our Cotswolds journey. The staff was charming and very thoughtful, and the room and dining were perfect. We upgraded to the Oakley room and were so glad we did. What a fantastic room with wonderful amentities and all of the charm you could expect from a historic building - I think they said it is over 400 years old. Dinner and breakfast were the best of our trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「Frühstück war nicht wie ausgeschrieben 8 Ihr verfügbar so dass wir ohne zum Flughafen mussten」

「Had a very comfortable one night stay at this very pretty property. Room was just as shown, clean & big enough for our needs. Delicious breakfast included in price, that we ate in main building which is beautiful. Lovely friendly staff. Can't fault it, glad we stayed & would stay again if in area. Recommend.」

「Absolutely stunning inn and rooms in amongst beautiful countryside. The staff were marvelous; courteous, kind, warm, and with a cracking sense of humour. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Thank you to all the staff for a perfect evening.」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」
