"Great hotel in the centre of Plymouth shopping area walked to Plymouth Hoe for a concert 12/15mins but lovely walk. The Staff where amazing check in bar staff Restaurant all so good made you feel very welcome I even told the manager how good it was. Parked in drakes circus car park for 11 hours £15 car was really safe there as some car parks are really tiny if you have a 4x4 you would not get into some places. Certainly stay at this hotel again very happy "

"This is a beautiful place to stay in St. Ives. The staff are very lovely and the grounds are so well kept. We had the bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of walking along the beaches. "

"From when booked the Bristol hotel it was brilliant the reason for trip was present from my partner as had brought tickets for show for my birthday in January the was not till June hence the booking on arrival at the hotel was beautiful clean and smelt amazing the reception staff where very friendly and smiling which was so lovely to see Nachos assistant manager was fantastic very friendly and helpful welcome checked bags in the room was not quite ready but that was us as we had arrived early so we could have walk about Nachos was so lovely took our bags labelled nachos asked what plans we had for our stay explained this was for my 60;th birthday present the show as my birthday in January we went for walk around arrived back hotel Nachos was on desk said our room was ready had upgraded it which so amazing on arrival at the room it was beautiful everything again so clean and smelt beautiful had lovely note eith plate with happy birthday on it and beautiful bottle of prosecco I was overwhelmed we went fir drinks at the bar again the staff where friendly and helpful had bar meal it was amazing my partner had booked for Saturday at the riverside restaurant the food was outstanding and service brilliant will differently be back was amazing time "
