「窓からの展望がよい。」

「フロントデスクがフロントらしくなく、チェックインの際「フロントはどこか？」と聞いたら「ここだ」と言われて驚いた。部屋は狭いながらも清潔だが、洗面所の排水が著しく悪かった。エレベーターは2台しかないが、特に待つこともなく、混雑で乗れないということはなかった。goldメンバーに提供されるはずのservice は、$25相当のresort優待特典を含めて何も提供されなかった。3泊したが、水の補充も1日だけなかった。周辺のホテルの相場よりもだいぶ安く泊まれたので、過度に期待しなければいいホテルだと思う。」

「The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all.
