We had an amazing time in Chicago. The Thompson hotel came highly recommended by our daughter, and it did not disappoint. It felt safe, was clean, nicely decorated and was very accommodating. The only gliche was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but a phone call provided both. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago, as it is located in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and close to downtown.
