"The only issues encountered was the re-paving of the roads in front of the hotel, which obviously weren't the hotels fault. Thought the neighbors might be a little loud, but once in my room I heard nothing. This was one of the best priced hotels on my trip, and I would definitely re-book here again if I'm ever in the Reno area."

"Overall, I had a good stay at the Element Reno. The location was convenient, breakfast was solid, and the bar was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having access to the guest washer and dryer, which is especially helpful when traveling. The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. I wasn’t able to find any signage or notice about the closure, so a little more communication would have been appreciated. It was a bit loud as well due to the major street it sits on. Additionally, the shower door didn’t close all the way so I had to deal with puddles of water each time I used it. Overall, despite those issues, it was a comfortable stay and I would consider staying here again."
