「The rooms are clean and updated, the staff could have been way friendlier. I have worked in hospitality and it starts at the front desk. Also, not pleased with having to contact the hotel in today (October 2) checked out September 14 and they have not released the hold on my credit card. 」

「This is my honest review the place was clean and well kept we had a small issue with the shower not draining fast but it did drain rooms were nice and cool and felt great after coming in from the hot heat the pool was clean and everything was so so easy to get to it was 5 minutes to Broadway at the beach the main drag is easily a 8 minute walk the beach is just across the street it was great the only downside was when we arrived there was some obnoxious guest who ended up crashing into the fence...
