"The staff was very courteous and accommodating, but the airport shuttle service needs re-thinking. If the airport run is full, then that means the shuttle should come back for a second run. Guests should not have to wait another hour for the next shuttle and they shouldn't have to call an Uber when the hotel advertises an airport shuttle. Or at the very least run the shuttle more frequently than ONCE AN HOUR. That's crazy. "
