「This is the place to stay every time we go to Ft. Lauderdale area. Ken is awesome. I left something and he ensured to get it to me ASAP. I appreciate you! I will always stay in this place whenever I am in the area! Thank you for such great hospitality and service!」

「The rooms are always on the second floor never given an option for the first floor. Also, this last room at the Palms was a connect room with a couple that was very loud so it was not enjoyable on the price with sky high.」

「学会出席のため利用。　空港からタクシーを利用したが、玄関がないため、直結しているモール横で降ろされる。そこから徒歩でロビーを目指すが、よくわからなかず、すごく不便だった。結局、駐車場とエレベータが同じなので、レンタカーを利用していたら便利なんだろう。このエレベータもドアがオートロックで、部屋のキーがない場合、誰かくるのをまつか、インターホンで説明しないといけない。セキュリティー上だと思うが、非常に不便だ。　チェックアウトの際も、朝の5時過ぎだったが、ホテルのレシートが部屋のドアに置いてあった。おそらく、フロントで対応したくないからなのか、適当やなとおもった。案の定、フロントに人はいなくて、ちょっとしたらバツが悪そうにでてきた。タクシーを呼びたかったのでしかたなかったにしても、対応が悪い。今までで最悪だと思う。　部屋についても、ネットでみるものと想像以上に狭かったし、ロビーのフロアにあるセキュリティーが弱い（ロビー以上の2階より上の階へエレベータでいくには、部屋のキーが必要）部屋になったので、絶句した。しかも海側でなかったので海も見れず。　アメリカでホテルを選ぶいい勉強になった。」

「今回、予約していた宿が勝手にキャンセルされていたため、当日あわてて探しました。リゾートの長期滞在向きで、ベッドは収納式で、今回のようなビジネスには少しなじまない感じです。滞在中は清掃を含めて有料サービスとなるため、少し割高な感じもしました。上や横の物音が響くため、日によってあたりはずれがある感じです。フロントは深夜早朝はセキュリティが対応するため、リクエストはフロントがいる時間に依頼しておく必要があります。」

「Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. 「The property was fine. It's an older motel, but it's clean l. They have done a few upgrades in the bathrooms. It was a little difficult to find my room, but I did finally find it.The property is over multiple blocks.They have probably bought up multiple older motels over the years and run them as one unit. But overall, it wasn't a bad experience at all.」

「The location of the property was OK because it’s near the beach but as far as the customer service, I’ve stayed there over 15 times and twice I had an issue with one of the employees which I rather not see his name. He was very rude. I’ve only dealt with them twice and each time he was very rude. I advised him that I will report to the manager. He said he already spoke to his manager about me mind you I only seen this guy twice in my life. The first time he threatened to call the police on me...
