"Great staff Great location "

"Location and exterior was a little rough. Homeless sifting through the dumpster and hotel garbage bins. Hotel could use some updating and polish. When making the reservation I chose this hotel because it included breakfast in the price. Big sign that said “Breakfast Buffet $17” for a mind of normal hotel breakfast. We passed on breakfast! "

"Close to the airport and free shuttle is a plus. Nice hotel with a lot food restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was nice and let me check in early when I got there early and was waiting in the lobby. "

"The property is incredible and the staff is amazing. My only issue was with the homeless population in the neighborhood. I had to be very careful and avoid some fights while I was walking. To be fair, it was the off season, maybe peak season would be different."

I talked to some other patrons, some of them stay there several times a year. The hotel is making some improvements. The building noise started at 10 AM promptly at 6 pm. No pool or gym. Good prices, safe neighborhood, clean rooms. The Korean Restaurant across the street has delicious food. "
