「This is NOT an Inn, but a 4bdrm property that has long term renters. Dirty, unorganized, no communication, no staff, nothing as advertised. Front door has a 6 didget code that was never provided, as wifi password requested multiple times. 」
「Stayed for 2 nights prior to our land/sea cruise adventure. Katherine, the owner, was very sweet and has a very nice B&B. Lots of unique furnishings. Breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again if we come back to Anchorage. 」

"I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again."
