The hotel room was very clean, it looked like a nice cute cabin-like room. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. It just doesn't have an elevator but they helped me with my bags up and down the stairs.

Our room was wonderful and the staff was also very nice and accommodating. Beds were very comfy and nice pillows! Microwave and mini fridge were a nice touch. They're renovating the building, so it's a bit of a construction work in progress, but I'd stay there again.

This is a new property. The room was very clean and spacious. They had cute decorations and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful, carried our luggage to our room as there is not an elevator. Staff also helped us with finding transportation. Loved this space.

In the last couple months the hotel has been completely redone. The new ownership is determined to make this a great hotel. It is new inside and out. Felt and looks like a brand new hotel. As an example, it has all new top quality Pella brand windows. The new beds were wonderful. It was a great deal for the money. Someone is at the desk 24/7. We stayed for one night. This is because we thought it would be nice to see Anchorage for one day before we flew out after our cruise. The staff kept our luggage safe all day long. Mike at the desk was exceptional and very thoughtful.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were very welcoming. I didn't realize until after I'd made the reservation the property does not have an elevator. Having recently recovered from a broken ankle, I had concerns. Before I could say a word, I was offered assistance up the stairs with my suitcase. I was so grateful!! The rooms aren't super fancy, but they're very fresh and clean, with a very nicely appointed bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .

This hotel was just recently renovated. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff are all nice and welcoming. Shops are located nearby for your essentials. It is a short drive to downtown Anchorage were most of the restaurants and shops are located. They also offer snacks and fruits in the lobby for the guests. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s clean room with decent amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. They don’t offer free breakfast but gave some muffins and bars in the morning. I appreciate them giving it but they are pretty stale and some of them seemed to have expired. It’s an old hotel but rooms are clean and satisfied with the stay.

Staff was really nice, very helpful. Even offered to carry in my bags from the car. No elevator, so if you need one, then this isn’t the hotel for you or ask for a ground floor room. Only 3 floors though. I had my noise machine on my phone and I was able to sleep through the road noise and music in the park. I also went to sleep fairly early, which meant the city hadn’t quieted yet. It’s not a super noisy area anyway, but the hotel is on a main street, so there is traffic. The room was basic, bed and bathroom, and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Good price for summertime rates. Nothing fancy and I would definitely stay there again.

Wir haben nachgefragt ob wir früher einchecken können und es wurde 3 Std früher , war richtig super . Wir durften auch 1 Std länger bleiben. Das Personal war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite war eigentlich zu schön für eine Nacht. Minus Punkt ... Sehr nah an einer Hauptstraße.
