Sorry but I feel like I have to keep it real. No fast access to the sidewalks on either C St or Industrial. Toilet was a good three feet from the roll holder, good-luck tearing some tp off using both hands. Bathroom had a sewer line gas leak smell, no ventilation fan available to turn on. Floors were clean and bed was nice, walls had some odd spills here or there that needed a better deep cleaning. Shower door had a gap down the entire length of it that my finger could go through, so it wasn’t water tight by any means. Staff and facilities were nice. I would stay here again if I had to but might not be my first choice.

I love the view from the hotel if you can get a high floor but they rarely accommodate me with requests like that despite asking for things like a bathtub when I booked the room. Or to get a room on the top floor.
