「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」

「Price was good but the room I was in needed maintenance fixtures ready to fall off lights did not work bathtub needed cleaning it was clogged I would stay there again 」

「very rundown property. Very dirty my sheets did not appear to be washed. There was hair on my pillowcase dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom hair in the bathroom drain homeless people in the lobby fighting with the staff felt very unsafe and unclean will never stay here again.」

「飛行機便が早朝だったので、空港に近いホテルで便利だった。設備は文句なし。部屋が広くて使いやすかった。出発が4:30と早朝だったが、ロビーにコーヒーサービスがあった。」

「Room was spotless, linens were nice and clean, the staff were all really nice and helpful! Loved our stay. Will use this hotel again. 」

「It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient.」

「Basic hotel, nothing special. A little dirty in general in rooms and common areas. Lots of cigarette butts littered outside entrances . Best part for families with young kids -Nice sized pool and hot tub and breakfast included. I’ll stay at Aloft next time I’m in Anchorage.」

「There was no airport shuttle. The swimming pool and hot tub were the best! Room was good.」
