「Very modern condo, great kitchen appliances」

「Very clean and comfortable home. Had everything we needed for weekend ski trip. Host was very responsive. 」

「The location of this property was spectacular for walking to downtown Anchorage and the Coastal trail. It is quite spacious and has a partial view of Mt. Susitna and sunset. It has a very loud heating system. The kitchen amenities could be improved. The bathroom is small, no counterspace but functional with a nice shower. The condo was clean.」

「We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the...

「We loved the new feel. The kitchen had everything we could need … even coffee, creamer and sugars. It was immaculate !! We loved the location esp being on Beluga Lake with float planes out the back deck. The managers are quick to respond and help when needed. Our family of 4 will be back!!」
