「Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage」

「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」

「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」

「Excellent amenities for an amazing price」

「Everything was perfect except for Checking-In to get my room. Check-In time was 3pm. Got there a little after 2:45pm and was just seeing if our room was ready. The lady said not yet which was fine since I was initially early so I just sat and waited in front of the desk. By 3:50pm, I saw the lady grab her purse and leave so I went to other employee. I asked if my room was ready yet and he said that there were other rooms available so he quickly checked me in and I went up to my room. Why...

「There were all the major news networks on the TV except for Fox. After I got in the shower there was no shampoo. Two conditioners.」
