Hotel is being renovated currently. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had tea, coffee, and fresh fruit in lobby. Bed was very comfortable. Off street parking was nice too.We would stay there again when we are in Anchorage.

I sent a message via Expedia that I needed an extra night and it was smooth customer service. Staff during check in and daily were very helpful. This will be our go to place when we visit Anchorage. Just because it’s priced lower doesn’t mean the accommodations and service is lower. Thank you.

They are in the process of remodeling the hotel and so far the rooms are very well done and very clean. Only downside is the surrounding area is less than desirable and food and restaurants are scarce in the area. It does look like the area is developing and looks to improve in the future. Overall hotel rooms and staff are very good.

The room was clean. They have cameras and keep an eye on the parking lot so you don't need to worry about your belongings being vandalized. The shower door didn't close, but it had decent water pressure. The man I initially checked in with was friendly and very easy to talk to. However, some of the other female staff members were particularly rude and nasty- incredibly off putting!

The hotel room was very clean, it looked like a nice cute cabin-like room. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. It just doesn't have an elevator but they helped me with my bags up and down the stairs.

Our room was wonderful and the staff was also very nice and accommodating. Beds were very comfy and nice pillows! Microwave and mini fridge were a nice touch. They're renovating the building, so it's a bit of a construction work in progress, but I'd stay there again.

This is a new property. The room was very clean and spacious. They had cute decorations and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful, carried our luggage to our room as there is not an elevator. Staff also helped us with finding transportation. Loved this space.

Good parking. Stayed here x 2 in one week at the beginning and end of our trip. Outside appeared to be still under construction in back or at least being updated. Lobby was clean...and both times our front desk staff was above and beyond being friendly and helpful. Does not have an elevator. Rooms were very nice...looked recently constructed or remodeled..very nice bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Our room was near highway/street but still slept good. No airport shuttle but UBER and taxi available
