"The house is old and dilapidated. Its has a shotty remodel, and some of the furnishings are old or broken. The beds were so bad that we left and went to a hotel to sleep.No problems with the host.The rental is in the ghetto, and we were approached more than once by panhandlers."

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I am not a fan of memory foam mattresses. It would also have been nice to have access to the garage to park the rental car.
