I bought a handicap accessible room on the bottom floor. I did not get one. The room had yogurt and red stains all over the floor. The sink area was dirty. After I checked out I forgot my phone charger and was told that I cannot get it. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 6 times this year and was never told I cannot go back and grab something I forgot. I would like to talk to a supervisor. For a complementary room to compensate for the horrible service. Thank you Gloria

After we checked in and went to our room, we noticed there were no towels in the room, very little TP and the counters were not cleaned. We had to ask the front desk twice before receiving anything. Another guest mentioned they had similar problems for the two days they were there. There was straw in the hallway when we showed up and it was still there when we checked out. The prices went up and the service went down. Look elsewhere
