「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」
「The staff is amazing! They were all so very friendly. The shuttle picked us up when we got to the airport. They took us to the train station, and picked up. I can not say enough nice things about the wonderful staff. Thank you so very much.」
「It was the cheapest hotel at Anchorage. Such we were in an emergency we choose that.
But the service was terrible, if we can call that such a service. The room was very dirty. They don’t give you a towel if you don’t ask. Even if you ask they didn’t give me.
The neighborhood was bad. People yelling at night. Also yelling inside the hotel.
I became scared.
