Dogs must be supervised at all times and kept on leash outside fenced areas, must be kenneled if no one is home, and not allowed on downstairs couch.
Guests are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste, failure to clean up pet waste will result in a $50 fee
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or harm caused by their dog, including livestock. A $250 fee per chicken if livestock is harmed.
