The check in process was easy and I appreciated that breakfast and hotel shuttle were included. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was freezing. I tried to adjust the temperature but it seemed to be stuck on the same temperature. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom.

Rooms were much like from the 60s very basic nothing for your cell phone to be charged and internet, first room was cold and had to change rooms and that was OK establishment was clean staff was kind and helpful. breakfast was very good and the shuttle was very convenient. No business center.

Front lobby smelled of smoke. One hallway was filled with bags of trash that emitted the smell of an indoor landfill. Super sketchy parking. Shady people. 1st room was blasting at 100 degrees, second room had been slept in prior. Never again.

Called for shuttle, was told 15 mins. 25 mins later called again and she said that it was going to be another 15-20 mins(Hotel is 2.2 miles from the airport.. went to check in and the front desk told us that there weren’t any rooms available because housekeeping did not properly record what rooms were cleaned or not, we’re traveling with a 10month old as well, so we didn’t want to wait around any longer for one because it was getting late already and we’ve been traveling all day so I booked another reservation at the Hilton and called for an uber . Went back to the front desk and asked her to just cancel our reservation and she said no we can’t cancel . Told her we’re leaving anyways. Moral of the story don’t bother staying here to try and save a few bucks … Hilton was 10x better.

The hotel had literal piles of garbage in the hallway. The fire alarm was disconnected in my room. Stains everywhere. Rude staff who gave people wrong information. Overall the single worst hotel experience I've ever had. High recommendation to go literally anywhere else. Sleeping in the airport is a safer and more comfortable experience.

Room was filthy. I requested maid service three times never got it once the entire time i was there. Their excuse, they are understaffed. I dont see why me the paying customer should have c to suffer their lack of staff? The keys wouldnt work in the door constantly having to get new ones. Garbage and linens throught the hall. Wifi and tv did not work in my room. The laundry facilities were out of I order. The toilet was clogged at 8am i went up requested a plunger they said they would get someone on it. At 12pm i called up to the front desk told them my toilet still needed plundge , long story short my toilet didnt get plunged tell 10:30pm only because i went to the front desk and demanded a plunger and did it myself. They never once gave me coffee, toilet paper fresh towels nothing for my room. There are three big bins sitting directly across from the workout facilities overflowing full of trash. Trash all over the floor surrounding them. Why they dont use the dumpster? The swimming pool was colder then outside and disgustingly filthy and of course they would not provide towels. There is cigarette butts and dog crap and trash all over The parking lot the side walk everywhere. A lot of baligerant drunks. The tablesvwere not clean in the dining area. No where to sit in the lobby. No where to park. They have three conaxes in the back parking lot in the parking spaces near the buildig when they should put those conaxes in the back parking and ket customers park next to the build

no shampoo or soap or anything in my room. Towels were dingy and the front desk acted like it was a nuisance when I went to ask for some soap. Also another guest complained she had bed bugs in her room. I will not be staying here again

Checkin was smooth and easy. There were no hand soap and some of the employees were smoking marijuana on the stairwell next to our room, so the marijuana smell came inside our room. There were signs for the vending machine, but didn’t find any and turns out there are none. The doors to the back building didn’t work with the key card, most likely due to the cold weather, but it definitely poses a safety risk with the freezing temperature. Our family only stayed about 12 hours due to an early flight, but we will not be staying here again nor do we recommend it to anyone else.

No cups or coffee. Took three tries to get pass keys to work the door locks. Moved us to a different room. Lots of people talking in hallways all night. Beds were clean and comfortable though.

this was the worse place to stay at, a lot of homeless, alcoholic and drug user staying in the hotel or around the property. staff are rude and disrespectful. my room was dirty, pillows were stained and looked like have been there since the place opened or something. took maintenance 2 days to go unclog the shower because it was clogged when i got there, sometimes there was no hot water. the so called "free shuttle" wasn't free the driver i had pretty much demanded a $10 tip because that was how he made more then what he is paid. breakfast was horrible, some guests are homeless and stay there for a night or two and go to get breakfast smelly with dirty hands. i stayed there from december 22-january 3. i don't recommend you stay at this hotel or around this area the neighborhood is VERY SKETCHY
