"This place did not get the best of reviews, but I had the exact opposite experience. Either people are too harsh, or they have upped their game. The staff is excellent, with Jose checking us in, and the guy checking us out was Curtis. I am a hotel manager for a Hilton property, and both of these two would be welcome additions to my staff! Hard to find good people these days! Kind, jovial, and great customer service! We came for a concert at the amphitheater, and it was perfect for that. Do yourself a favor and stay here, and then walk across the street to the local pancake house and enjoy! We will for sure be back! Thank you!"
