「We got to the property, check in was easy. Room looked clean at first, but as we walked in there was dirt & mud on the floor. I did not feel comfortable walking on the floor without shoes. Beds also looked clean but the pillows had black stuff on them. I had to use my shirt as a pillow case. Found 3 cockroaches crawling by the beds. Sink water was piping hot, could not use the sink long. As much as I wish I could say something good about staying here over the weekend. At least the staff was...

「キッチン付きのお部屋でしたが、カラトリーやお皿、コップはなく、フロントに連絡しても借りることもできず、不便でした。ヘアドライヤーありという情報でしたが部屋にはなく、フロントに連絡したら用意してもらえました。 それ以外は特段不自由なく快適に過ごすことができました。ダウンタウン、空港から共に車で10〜15分の立地です。移動にはLyftやUberを利用しました。ホテル周辺の徒歩圏内にはほぼ買い物できるようなお店やレストランはありません。朝食やドリンク類はダウンタウンで購入してからホテルに帰るようにしていました。」

「My wife and I enjoyed our visit to this property. Its location is great, and walking to the shops and restaurants on South Congress is a breeze. The location is also very close to the boardwalk and bridge with all of the bats. We also appreciated being able to arrange a late checkout in a painless manner. Thanks again for hosting us!」

「The elevators weren’t working and I had a brace on my foot and was not accommodated. I was then told I wouldn’t be charged an additional $50 when I was still charged and now having to play phone tag. The front desk attendant who checked me in was nice but the person in the morning was awful. I would have extended my stay however they did not make me feel welcomed nor should I give them more of my business.」
