「パナハッチェルからは少し離れているので、夜の帰りを心配していましたが、フロントが信頼できるトゥクトゥクのドライバーを手配してくれ、夜の山道も安心でした。ホテルから見る山と湖は、いつまで見ていても飽きず、ただただボーっとしてしまいます。」

「アティトラン湖を眺めながら朝食をとれる。周りに何もないので静かな環境ではあるけど、歩いてサンタンデール通りにもすぐなので不便は感じない。」

「パナハッチェルのメインストリート、サンタンデール通りから離れているので不便かな、と心配でしたが、トゥクトゥクであっと言う間に着きます（一人Q10）。 街から離れている分落ち着いており、アティトラン湖を眺めながらゆったりと過ごせます。 プロの手によりデザイン、管理されている庭園も見逃せません。」

「スタッフが親切。特に荷物を運んでくれた人がよかった。部屋は広くて眺めがよくて清潔で快適。ネットが不安定で凄く遅かったので、使いものにならなかったことだけマイナス。」

「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」

「Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake. I feel the state of the pool and bridge over the pool should be updated. I thought it was a larger property than it was. Loud music playing by the pool and heard in the rooms until after midnight. 」

「Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Most of it is available at small street side stores five minutes from the house. Tuc tucs are readily available to travel into town or to local restaurants. There’s an Italian bistro within five minutes but it was closed Monday and Tuesday. One issue is a steep walk and three flights of stairs to...

「All buffet food is plentiful and fresh, the staff very kind and attentive. Beds were comfie, dinner on Christmas Day was also very good. All your staff made this guera feel very welcome. Mil gracias!」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」
