My stay at Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast at Lake Atitlán was truly unforgettable. I stayed in the Quetzal Room at the very top of the boutique hotel, and the view was simply spectacular — a panoramic look over the lake and all three volcanoes. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. From the moment I walked through the gates and was welcomed by Astrid, I knew I was somewhere special. The entire team goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Sebastian, Fernando, Alejandra, Manu, and Adrina for making everything absolutely perfect during my stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and I enjoyed three delicious dinners there as well. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and taken care of. I also had a 90 minute massage! I will always cherish my three nights here and only wish I could have stayed longer.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Celui ci est perché dans les montagnes et très proche de la ville. Lino, le conducteur de Tuktuk affilié à l’hôtel vous donnera des rides en ville à un très bas prix. La vue est magnifique sur le lac et le volcan. Le personnel est vraiment génial…ils nous ont grandement aidé lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes! Le déjeuner qui est gratuit est délicieux!

The views from our room were spectacular of Lake Atitlan. The staff were very helpful in getting us the name of transportation into Panajachel. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable.

We had a very relaxing stay at Jenna’s. The lake views were immaculate, rooms were comfortable & very clean, and the staff were so friendly. They were responsive and extremely helpful with booking excursions and shuttle buses for us. Location is a tiny bit out of town but we preferred this to better enjoy the tranquility of the lake.

Nice B&B with incredible views of the lake. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great as well, and the Syrian-inspired dinner is a must-try! The only downside is that it's about 1.5 miles from the center of Panajachel, but the views definitely make up for that. Would definitely come back!

Room was perfect. We had our own balcony and view of the lake. That staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a place for us to park our car. And the food outstanding. We got to see beautiful sunsets from the bar area. Clean. Beautiful and very authentic.

The room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the view from our private front porch was spectacular. The staff were exceptional - very helpful. I loved the food in the restaurant - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was all delicious.

Our experience at Jenna's was incredible! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, while also not hovering, which I really liked. It made for a very peaceful trip. Also, we celebrated our anniversary there and they had a sweet little romance package upgrade for $50 USD which included decorating the room, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and roses. Totally worth it for the vibe!

What an absolutely amazing experience staying here! Everything from the prime location between Panajechel and Santa Catarina to the excellent service provided from Manu and the rest of the staff here was more than memorable. We enjoyed the most delicious fresh free breakfast at the restaurant and drinks from the cocktail bar every day. The massage at the spa was otherworldly!! And the best part is the two most amazing roommates Samson and Delilah, the friendliest cats that stay on the property! Other reviewers may mention outdated rooms or linen, however you don’t come here for the most modern accommodations in Guatemala. You come for it to feel like home. The attention to detail in each room and from the staff gives you everything you might need. We enjoyed massages from the amazing spa staff, were provided cheap, reliable TukTuks back and forth from whatever town we liked, and got the best priced transport back to the airport! They even had our laundry done! For any stay in Panajechel this will always be my go to. Good people, fair prices, and great vibes. Can’t ask for more! Thank you Jenna’s River B&B!

The staff were all extremely friendly, the breakfast was amazing and huge. The food for lunch and dinner was very good as well. The place is very pretty and has gorgeous views. Con: street noise and dogs are fairly loud at night. But earplugs take care of that.

A corner of heaven! A perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle from the main town. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s gorgeous and hospitable. From the amazing staff to the tuk tuk drivers they go above and beyond in helping you get to place to place. The staff was helpful in arranging my tour. 10000/10 I highly recommend Jenna’s B&B. You won’t regret it.
