Staff were so nice, location was excellent. Loved the roof top! The room we had did have these little bugs around the sink and one of the beds (that we were luckily not using) but they were harmless - did not bite and would not cause an infestation).

Cleanest place ever… and a good hotel style place. Only disadvantage is that its located in an alley, so when is rains there is no option not to get soaking wet, but that didn’t stop us from loving the place

Nice little hotel a bit out of the way, but still central to most things in Panajachel. Convenient to a travel agency to arrange local tours, etc., many restaurants nearby, little stores to buy snacks, etc. It's not fancy but they recently renovated it.

Very nice hotel and easy to get to and from lake area. A bit hard to find at first getting off shuttle, but well enough known to get directions quickly. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms not designed for large people! Quite narrow.

quiet place in the center of town

if you on a budget and you don’t want to compromise cleanliness and quietness, this is the place…also laundry service in the house and Erwin helps you getting around…the alley to get there looks grim but locals live there and remember, it provides being quiet at night and you still in the middle of town…

This property is very nice and small. The only thing is the alley way you have to walk through to get to the hotel. The location is convenient because you have store very close and you can just walk to the shops on the beach. 🏖️

Very good location right off the "main" tourist road in Pana, close to the waterfront and ferries. No troubles finding the property at all (Google Maps will take you right to it)! Very bare bones: no coffee or tea, but there's a kitchen you can use. Wifi kind of spotty depending on your room. Overall good value.

GREAT DEAL Nothing beats an affordable accomodation that, offers clean, safe and quiet sanctuary. Location is an excellent GATEWAY to other villages in Lake Atitlan. Countless choices of restaurants, stores, hotels and spas. One highlight of this place is its SMART TV. On this day and age, that’s how you connect to the world. It’s not a 4 or 5 star hotel. But it delivers what traveler needs. As a family business, you feel its hospitable atmosphere. EDWIN, one of the owners, will welcome you with a personal WhatsApp message. You’d feel their commitment to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. A warning that it’s down a dark alley way and a little hard to find, but the staff sent arrival details prior which helped us find it. Gorgeous terrace upstairs, free water and good water pressure in the shower.

Be aware that this is a *budget* option, and the location and rooms reflect that! It is an odd spot to get to, down a couple of residential alleys, although we never felt unsafe. The building itself is cute, with a nice rooftop and second level kitchen. We were there in early May and it was a little cooler than other times, which was a godsend because our room (#8) had NO windows and just a fan. (I don’t thin the rooms with windows had screens.) The only light was the overhead, nothing bedside, though there were a decent number of outlets. The bathroom is small, and they put out little packets of shampoo, etc. Hot water was good. Depending on what you’re used to, this could be a step up from a hostel or down from a spendier place. We probably wouldn’t return, but it definitely wasn’t terrible and the people were great, as are most Guatemalans. 🙂

Great price for close to all the restaurants.

Loud barking dogs all night right next to room number 1, which is also right by the front desk which isn’t great if loud people are checking out early. The hotel graciously moved me to a quieter room for my second night. Much better when not in room #1.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Great location in terms of walkable proximity to restaurants/markets, yet tucked in the alley so noise was never an issue. Clean bathroom and beds, great for base camp for any adventures around Lake Atitlan

staff was good but wifi hardly worked in the room . the wifi kept failing again and again . on notifying they would turn off turn on and it would work for some minutes before failing again . the kitchen is a shared kitchen . unsatisfactory overall .
