「Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

「This was a beautiful property - very high quality fittings and finishings, stunning views of the lake, with easy access to Panajachel (Lino looked after us well!). Communications with both our host and the care taker were great. We couldn't fault the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. 」

「The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay...
