「Loved the view and beach access! The place needs an update badly…Sheetrock, baseboards, sprucing up, but the shower was dirty and the living room carpet was old and appeared to be not vacuumed Overall, for the price I give it a 6 out of 10」

「The unit is small for two adults, two children and a dog. It's also a little "tired" and well used. But the walk to the beach and the view from the deck are worth it.」

「This cluster of cottages was a perfect blend of funky and fabulous! On the outside they are beachy and very rustic. When we stepped in the door, we were greeted with a decor that made us smile for 4 days! The Mermaid Manor theme was delightful and fun and not a bit tacky! Many of the amenities were gallery quality and lovely! Everything was comfortable and the bed was exceptional. Also, the host was very prompt and easy to reach as well as delightful! 「We booked this place because of good reviews however once we arrived it was very disappointing. The neighborhood felt sketchy. The apartment itself was dar from being clean. It has thick layers of dust on the ceiling fans and bedroom windows, oily residues on the kitchen cabinets, one bedroom had a squeaky bed, the other bedroom didn’t have much space between the bed and the wall. 「We didnt receive instructions on how to get into the house and didnt receive information about the policies but host was able to help. The fridge smelled so badly of fish that we couldnt open it or use it during our stay so we were unable to have food and cold drinks. Other than that the host was nice and the house was clean and located in a good place.」
