"For an older facility that has had the rooms updated it was reasonably nice. Everything appeared clean and in working order. Biggest complaint was that the heating unit fan was incredibly loud. Had to turn everything off in order to sleep. It was reasonably priced and walking distance from the University, which is all I was looking for."

"Surprisingly nice little place despite outside appearances. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom looked newly remodeled. I stayed in room 109. Front desk attendant was very friendly and chatty. Busy street near the university but I had no trouble sleeping or with road noise. "I am not going back but it's not bad for what it is. Wifi is a joke, maybe it's just my room but I tried to use the WiFi several times but the data rate was horrible. The window heater/ac blows right over the bed. Someone has put a lot of work maintaining everything but the budget was really tight.
