"This property was / is disgraceful and look nothing like the pictures. We booked for 3 nights and left after 12 hours. Tried to get the last 2 nights canceled and they said they couldn’t. My wife and son’s asthma kicked in as the place smelled of big spray and toxic cleaner. The furniture was broken and faucet in the bathroom did not work. We could not have been more disappointed."

"I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again."

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Check-in was a breeze. My room was very spacious, a super comfortable bed, lots of pillows, coffee, mini-fridge, and microwave. Each room has a small deck with a little table and a couple of chairs. The pool area was very clean. I had delicious sliders and an old-fashioned in the bar for dinner. The breakfast room was large and had lots of options. I would love to have spent more time here but needed to get an early start. (I would love to post pix, but they're on my phone and I don't think I can edit to add.) I'll def stop here any time I'm passing through and need a safe place to stop."
